about design days
Design Days allow you to keep your brand and website polished, without having a running project hanging over your head - you'll know exactly when your files will be done, when you'll need to check for questions from me, and what's happening in your update.
A flat-rate Design Day also allows for you to budget various updates & improvements throughout the year, and saves time with quotes and project setup.
investment
The investment for a single Design Day is $450. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your day, and your remaining balance is due the day of. Multiple Design Days use the same payment structure ($50 down with the remaining balance due on the first Design Day).
Sample Schedule
9 am
I'll touch base to let you know I'm getting started on your project! You've already provided me with the content/your notes - so this part is quick.
12 pm
You'll receive drafts and initial work around lunchtime! Please set aside 15-30 minutes to look things over and send any notes you may have.
4 pm
I'll send you final versions of everything for you to sign off on. Once you've given approval, I'll start getting things ready for delivery! You'll receive your final files by the next morning.

Are design days available for anyone?
In order to ensure design cohesion and quality, Design Days are reserved for established Hello & Co clients. You can view brand & web design services here.
What if I just have small changes to make?
If you need assistance making small text/image changes to your website, please reach out for access to the Hello & Co tutorial library!
Do I need to be available during my design day?
You'll need to give me feedback on your project midday (around 12 pm CST) and in the afternoon (around 3-4 pm CST), which will be quick and done over email! If your design day project requires more in-depth discussion, we may choose to meet quickly beforehand.
