Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to accept returns. Refunds are not available for any item other than website templates. Website template refunds can be requested if it can be proven that a reasonable effort was made to customize and use the template, through utilization of the included tools/tutorials and other support streams.

Refunds are only available for website templates purchased through a single payment (not payment plans). To request a refund on website templates (within 30 days of purchase), please email amy@hellococreative.com with the following:

  • A link to your preview website that shows your attempts to customize it
  • Proof that you have attempted customizing the template using the resources provided to you
  • A list of your problems using the template + any attempts you have made to overcome these issues

We reserve the right and discretion to decide whether customization attempts have been adequate to be approved for a refund.

After 30 days, all purchases are final regardless of whether or not the template purchased is utilized in a final project.

Payment plans

Website templates are available for purchase in full or with payment plans. If you choose a payment plan, you are legally obligated to complete it. We reserve the right to seek fulfillment of any payments not made.
