Then, I'll send you over a custom proposal with everything we chatted about - just accept the proposal & submit your deposit to officially book your project!

Do Your Homework (Automatic A+, BTW)

Before we start your project, I'll send over a website copy workbook for you to brain dump into - and I do absolutely mean brain dump, because messy notes, screenshots, and "can we figure this out on our call" are ALL top-notch answers here.  I cannot stress enough how much I love being the human detangler for your thoughts. Give! Me! The! Mess! And let me take it from there.

Have Your Kickoff Call

It's time to officially start your project - YAY! We'll put our heads together on a 60-minute kickoff call to talk through literally everything, from your brand voice to perfectly positioning your offers to your overall site strategy.

And of course, all of our calls are strictly come-as-you-are, whether that's snacking, tired, hyperfocused, overcaffeinated, or covered in kids.

04.

Review Your Draft

You'll receive your complete copy draft just 2-3 weeks after your kickoff call, with a detailed video walkthrough of each page. From there, you'll leave comments and edits (and several 😍 emojis). We'll also meet on a live review call to go through your draft together, and your perfectly polished final draft will be ready to go within a few days.

Ride Off Into The Sunset

Whether you're handing your copy off to a website designer or DIY-ing it - I'm still here to be a source of support! I'll stay on call for any questions about formatting, do a final walkthrough & proofread before you launch, and aggressively comment my love for you and your business on all of your launch posts (in all caps, with too many exclamation points).

How long will it take for me to get my copy?

Once we start your project, it'll only be about 2-3 weeks before you have a final draft in hand, ready to design & launch!  It may be slightly longer for more deliverables (like email sequences, additional pages, etc) - but not by much. I do typically book out 2-4 months in advance, so I recommend reaching out to schedule your project as soon as possible!

Will you write *just* my homepage?

I only write complete websites (and standalone sales pages for courses, programs, memberships, etc) because a fragmented approach to your site strategy won't give you the results you're looking for. Your readers and Google don't consider each page individually; they move through your entire website and make decisions as they do - and I want each page to exceed their expectations, so they confidently book, buy, or inquire.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I do! My typical payment schedule is: 1/3 of your total project as your non-refundable deposit to hold your spot, 1/3 due at project kickoff, and 1/3 due when you receive your draft. If that doesn't work for you, I'm happy to chat about a customized payment plan - let me know on our discovery call!
