HOW IT WORKS

Connect to PayPal within your Thrivecart affiliate account to receive commission. If you are not connected with PayPal to receive payments, the commission will not go through. You will be paid immediately for affiliate sales, as long as you have set up PayPal correctly! (Payment will be revoked if the affiliate sale is cancelled or refunded) You must have a PayPal business account to receive payouts.

Affiliates should not use their own affiliate link for any purchases from the shop or to purchase courses. If you use your own link to purchase for yourself, the affiliate sale will be “cancelled” on our end and you will not receive an affiliate payout.  

COOKIES
Your affiliate links will use website cookies. You are responsible for disclosing your own use of cookies, whether through tis affiliate link or otherwise, to your audience. The purchase must happen within 60 days from the link click for the commissioning to occur. 

YOUR DISCLOSURE & DISCLAIMERS
You are responsible for following any and all laws pertaining to affiliate disclosures. If you would like help updating your website to include the disclaimers or other language that you provide, please email amy@hellococreative.com.

AFFILIATE PAYOUT EXAMPLES
Here is an example of how commission works:

Customer purchases template for a total sale of $147 MINUS 3% credit card processing fees = $142.59
You’ll receive: 10% of $142.59 = $14.26 in commission

Please note that affiliate payout is calculated based on actual sale value, after any discounts.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS 
Products eligible for affiliate income include but are not limited to: website copy templates. Eligible products will appear in your Thrivecart affiliate account.

CHANGES TO PROGRAM
Hello & Co Creative reserves the right to change the affiliate payment percentage if needed. You will be notified by email if this occurs. 

COMPENSATION, COUPON CODES, AND LINKS
Affiliates will not be compensated in the event of a purchase if the buyer does not use their affiliate link or code.

Affiliates must be in the affiliate program before the purchase happens for the referral to go towards commission. In the event of past referrals that happened BEFORE joining, you will not be compensated. 

Unless otherwise noted, affiliate coupon codes will NOT stack with other discounts and sales we are running. This means that during sales, you’ll want to share your affiliate link, not your coupon code.

REFUNDS
If a buyer who used your affiliate code requests a refund that is granted within 30 days of their purchase, your affiliate commission will be revoked. In this case, you’ll receive an email telling you that the affiliate commission was revoked. 

AFFILIATE ELIGIBILITY
Application to the affiliate program is open to the public here, and approved on a case-by-case basis.
